The JBL Summit Series has found its home in the Intermountain West. HARMAN Luxury Audio Group today announced that Audio Design & Automation, a high-end audio retailer serving Salt Lake City, Park City and the surrounding region, has been named the premier dealer for the JBL Summit Series, the newly completed five-model line of ultra high-performance loudspeakers built for the most discerning listeners. Audio Design & Automation joins a small group of dealers nationwide chosen to carry the full Summit lineup, and it is currently the only showroom bringing the JBL Summit Series to this part of the country.
Four Decades Behind the Salt Lake City Showroom
Founded in 1987, Audio Design & Automation has built its reputation across the Salt Lake City and Park City markets on JBL Synthesis home cinemas, two-channel audiophile systems, and a level of service that has earned it a five-star Google rating. Five Models, One JBL Summit Series
The JBL Summit Series spans five loudspeakers, each named for a peak of the Himalayas and voiced through JBL’s signature Sonoglass HDI (High-Definition Imaging) horn. Every model shares JBL’s triple-layer HC4 composite cone, a carbon-fiber and pulp blend engineered for stiffness and low distortion, along with a proprietary MultiCap crossover network, carbon-fiber-wrapped rhodium-plated binding posts and IsoAcoustics isolation feet, all housed in cabinets finished to the standard of fine furniture.

Audio Design & Automation will introduce the JBL Summit Series to its clientele with an invite-only listening event the second week of October at its Salt Lake City showroom, centred on a live performance by a classically trained pianist marking her debut recording, played through a system built entirely of JBL Summit loudspeakers.
