Digital source components rarely get the spotlight loudspeakers and amplifiers do, but they’re where the signal chain either stays clean or falls apart before it reaches your amp. Here are eight we’ve tested and scored highly, from a 50-gram pocket DAC to a three-piece network infrastructure stack, plus a couple of fully integrated streaming amplifiers with room correction built in.
