Hisense has introduced the Hisense C3 Projector Family, a trio of triple-laser home projectors first shown at IFA 2026. The Hisense C3 Projector Family comprises the C3 Pro, C3 Ultra and C3 Ultra Max, with the C3 Ultra and C3 Ultra Max launching across global markets this September and the C3 Pro to follow.
All three models in the Hisense C3 Projector Family share a 0.47-inch DLP chip and an RGB triple laser light source, along with a 5,000:1 native contrast ratio and a seven-level mechanical iris for deeper shadow detail. Projection size scales from 65 to 300 inches, turning a living room, bedroom or media space into a flexible big-screen setup. Full technical details for the range are listed on Hisense Canada’s official C3 Ultra Max product page.

What sets each Hisense C3 Projector Family model apart
Brightness is the main differentiator across the Hisense C3 Projector Family. The C3 Ultra Max tops the range at 5,000 ANSI lumens with 1ms ultra-low latency for gaming, the C3 Ultra follows at 4,000 ANSI lumens, and the C3 Pro delivers 3,000 ANSI lumens. The Pro and Ultra share a 1.6x optical zoom, while the Ultra Max steps up to 2x zoom with a wider lens-shift range, adjustable up to ±120% vertically and ±47% horizontally.

Audio across the Hisense C3 Projector Family is co-engineered with Devialet, with the C3 Ultra Max and C3 Pro both featuring a built-in subwoofer for deeper bass without an external soundbar. Hisense has also put the C3 through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and product carbon footprint (PCF) verification by SGS, covering the environmental footprint of the new range.
Smart platform and gaming
Every model in the Hisense C3 Projector Family runs Hisense’s VIDAA OS, giving access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and other major streaming apps without an external media player. The C3 Ultra Max adds Game Mode Pro, pairing a 2K 240Hz refresh rate with VRR and AMD FreeSync Premium for responsive console and PC gaming on the big screen, and supports Xbox cloud gaming directly through VIDAA OS without a separate console. Intelligent Eye Protection dims the image automatically when it detects someone standing close to the lens, while Intelligent Wall Colour Adaption adjusts the picture for up to seven non-white wall shades, so the projector still looks accurate without a dedicated screen.

Design and placement
The C3 Ultra Max adds a gimbal-style mount offering 360-degree horizontal and 260-degree vertical adjustment, letting the projector aim at a wall or ceiling from almost any position in a room. Combined with auto keystone correction, auto screen-fit and auto focus, the Hisense C3 Projector Family is designed to be moved and repositioned without a lengthy setup each time. It follows a similar philosophy to Hisense’s own PX4 Pro ultra-short-throw projector, which pushed the brand’s laser projection into 200-inch territory.
Pricing and availability
The Hisense C3 Projector Family launched globally from September 2026, with the C3 Ultra and C3 Ultra Max available first and the C3 Pro following. In the US, industry pricing has been reported at $2,499.99 for the C3 Pro, $2,999.99 for the C3 Ultra and $3,999.99 for the C3 Ultra Max; Canadian pricing and retail availability for the Hisense C3 Projector Family will be confirmed through Hisense Canada’s retail partners.
