Legendary American audio manufacturer McIntosh has partnered with lifestyle brand Kith to deliver an unparalleled sonic experience at the brand’s first UK flagship store on Regent Street. Opened in late November 2025, Kith London represents the pinnacle of the brand’s global expansion, boasting the most advanced audio system of any Kith location to date – a bespoke McIntosh setup that elevates the retail space into a true cultural destination.
Spanning two floors in a historic building on one of London’s most iconic shopping streets, Kith London seamlessly blends fashion retail, hospitality, and immersive design. The store features luxurious materials such as Calacatta Vagli marble tables, dark stained oak flooring, Estremoz marble-lined walls, and brass accents, paying homage to Regent Street’s architectural heritage while infusing Kith’s contemporary aesthetic.
McIntosh Audio System
At the heart of the lower level – home to an expansive footwear and apparel selection, hand-picked vintage pieces, and Kith Women – lies the McIntosh audio system. Designed for both curated daily ambiance and live performances, it includes:
- A pair of towering XRT1.1K loudspeakers
- Four MC611 monoblock power amplifiers
- Two MT5 precision turntables
- One DS200 streaming DAC
Select components feature custom “Kith Records” glass faceplates, integrating McIntosh’s signature glowing blue Watt meters into the store’s elegant marble and oak surroundings. A discreet DJ panel hidden within a marble table allows seamless control, ensuring the soundscape enhances the shopping experience without overpowering it
Ethos of craftsmanship
This collaboration underscores the shared ethos of craftsmanship and attention to detail between McIntosh and Kith founder Ronnie Fieg. McIntosh’s handcrafted, high-fidelity equipment – renowned for its unmatched clarity and power – mirrors Kith’s commitment to premium materials and experiential retail. The result is a space where sound becomes an integral part of the lifestyle narrative, transforming background music into a visceral element that complements the fashion on display.
Beyond the audio installation, Kith London introduces the UK debut of Kith Treats soft-serve bar and Fieg’s first independent restaurant, Ronnie’s, inspired by New York City dining classics. The flagship also launched with an exclusive Kith London apparel and accessories capsule.
In an era where retail experiences increasingly blend multiple senses, the McIntosh-powered Kith London sets a new benchmark for how luxury audio can enhance cultural spaces. Visitors to Regent Street can now immerse themselves in world-class sound while exploring one of fashion’s most innovative brands.
