Small enough to clip to a bag or carry on a keyring, the Stylophone Mini keeps the metal keyboard, functional stylus and distinctive buzzing tone that have made the original Stylophone a cult favourite since 1968, launching October 8, 2026 at €24.95.
A Pocket-Sized Piece of Synth History
The original Stylophone was played by artists from David Bowie, who used it on Space Oddity and later on 2002’s Slip Away, to Kraftwerk, Blondie, The White Stripes and Pulp. The brand’s GEN X-1 model later found a home in the studios of producers such as Steve Albini and Joe Chiccarelli. The Stylophone Mini does not try to replace any of those instruments; instead, it shrinks the same stylus-and-keyboard idea into a format meant to travel, turning idle moments into a chance to pick out a melody.

Despite its size, the Stylophone Mini features a miniature metal keyboard, a working stylus and an integrated speaker, so it functions as a real instrument rather than a novelty keychain.
