Victrola first showed the Soundstage soundbase at CES 2026 in January; the all-in-one speaker is now confirmed for its European launch on October 1st. Designed to sit directly beneath a turntable, the Victrola Soundstage turns any record player into a room-filling system without the size or complexity of a traditional hi-fi setup. The vibration-isolated soundbase pairs a down-firing woofer with front-facing radiators, aiming to deliver deep bass and a wide stereo image while keeping resonance away from the stylus.

Vibration control built into the cabinet
Placing conventional speakers close to a turntable can let vibration reach the stylus, causing feedback and distortion. The Victrola Soundstage addresses this with its down-firing Symmetric Drive Woofer (SDW), a dual-diaphragm design that produces bass while cancelling out unwanted vibration; rear-facing ports then direct the low frequencies away from the turntable rather than up into it.
Mid and high frequencies are handled by front-facing Balanced Mode Radiators (BMR), which are intended to spread sound broadly through the room and create a wide stereo image. Victrola engineered the cabinet, driver positioning and vibration-control system as a single unit, so bass response doesn’t come at the cost of playback stability.
Soundstage has been designed to complement Victrola’s own Wave and Automatic turntables, though the company says it works with a wide range of other record players and audio sources. Beyond vinyl duty, it can also double as a standalone wireless speaker, with Bluetooth, Auracast, RCA, USB-C and 3.5mm AUX connectivity for streaming from other sources.

The Victrola Soundstage is already available in the US, priced at $349. It launches in Europe on October 1st, priced at £299 in the UK and €329 elsewhere. European retailers will include Richer Sounds, John Lewis, Peter Tyson, Currys, Harrods, Selfridges, Fnac, Boulanger, Media Markt and Carrefour, with Audio Advice, Best Buy, Amazon, Target, Crutchfield, Urban Outfitters and Turntable Lab among the US retailers already carrying it. Soundstage is offered in Walnut and Black finishes, measuring 429.5mm wide, 383.7mm deep and 89.5mm high.
A long history of all-in-one systems
Victrola has been making audio products since 1906, and the Victrola Soundstage continues a line of all-in-one listening systems the company has built its reputation on, alongside turntables such as the Wave and Automatic models it’s designed to pair with.
