OneOdio has officially released the Studio Max 2 Wireless DJ Headphones, a new flagship model aimed at DJs, music producers, live performers, and audio professionals who demand both studio-quality sound and responsive wireless performance.
The Studio Max 2 builds on its predecessor with OneOdio’s third-generation RapidWill+ Ultra-Low Latency 3.0 technology. When paired with the included M2 transmitter, the headphones achieve an impressive 9 milliseconds of latency over a stable 2.4GHz connection. The wireless bitrate has also been upgraded from 160 kbps to 400 kbps, promising cleaner and more detailed audio monitoring during critical applications such as DJ sets, instrument tracking, and live sound work.
“This level of responsiveness gives users a true ‘wired feel with wireless freedom,’” the company stated in its announcement.
Studio-Grade Audio and Versatile Connectivity
At the heart of the Studio Max 2 is a 45 mm dynamic driver equipped with a studio-grade magnet. The headphones deliver a wide frequency response of 20 Hz to 40 kHz, backed by dual Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Wireless certifications, as well as LDAC codec support for high-resolution wireless playback.
Users can switch between four connectivity modes to suit different scenarios:
- 3.5 mm wired
- 6.35 mm wired (ideal for professional mixers)
- Ultra-low latency wireless via the M2 transmitter
- Bluetooth 6.0 for everyday listening and calls
A dedicated Bluetooth gaming mode further reduces latency for immersive in-game audio. The wireless range reaches up to 10 meters, supporting movement across stages, studios, or DJ booths without dropouts.
Battery life is another standout feature. The headphones offer up to 120 hours of playback on a single charge, while the M2 transmitter provides 50 hours of operation. Both recharge via USB-C in approximately 2.5 hours, powered by a 1000 mAh lithium-ion polymer battery.
Comfort, Customization, and Professional Focus
Designed for extended wear, the Studio Max 2 features contoured earcups and balanced cushioning to reduce pressure during long sessions. An accompanying OneOdio app allows users to customize EQ settings, adjust connection preferences, and use the built-in Find My Headphones function for easy location tracking.
The headphones also support real-time instrument monitoring, making them suitable for drummers, guitarists, and other live performers who require precise audio timing.
Limited KSHMR Signed Edition
Alongside the standard model, OneOdio is releasing a Limited Signed Edition developed in collaboration with global DJ and producer KSHMR. This version includes artist-specific acoustic tuning based on KSHMR’s workflow and comes with exclusive collector’s packaging and a signed card. Only 1,000 units will be available worldwide.
Pricing and Availability
The OneOdio Studio Max 2 is priced at $189.99 / £179.99 / €186.80 and is now available on the official OneOdio website and Amazon in the US, UK, and EU. A 15% launch discount is available using the code STUDIOMAX2PR, valid until August 11, 2026.
The KSHMR Limited Signed Edition is available exclusively through the OneOdio official website at the same price point.
With its combination of ultra-low latency, high-resolution audio, extended battery life, and flexible connectivity at a competitive price, the Studio Max 2 positions itself as a strong value proposition in the professional wireless headphone market.
