Marten, the Swedish high-end loudspeaker manufacturer, has introduced the new Dexter Series at HIGH END Vienna 2026. Designed to bring the brand’s most advanced acoustic technologies into a wider range of listening environments, the Dexter series consists of four sophisticated models: Dexter Duo, Dexter Trio, Dexter Quartet, and Dexter Quintet.
Advanced Technology Across the Range
All four Dexter models share a refined common architecture developed from Marten’s flagship research:
- Marten pure diamond tweeter (evolved from the Coltrane Supreme Extreme project)
- New triple-layer M-Core cabinet construction for superior rigidity and resonance control
- Marten’s innovative Loaded Reflex Line bass loading system — a hybrid design combining bass reflex and transmission line principles for deeper, tighter bass with greater placement flexibility
The Dexter Quintet and Quartet are three-way designs featuring Marten ceramic midrange drivers and carbon fibre bass drivers. The Trio and Duo utilize Marten ceramic mid/bass drivers paired with the same diamond tweeter. All models are internally wired with Jorma Duality cable and hand-built in Marten’s facility in Sweden.
Statement Edition
A high-performance Statement Edition is available across the entire Dexter range, featuring upgraded Jorma Statement internal wiring and premium crossover components for even greater resolution and musicality.

World Premiere at HIGH END Vienna 2026
The Dexter series makes its public debut at the show. Visitors can experience:
- Room 1.32 (Marten): Full live demonstrations of the Dexter Quintet and Dexter Duo — the first time these models have been heard outside Marten’s facilities. Static display of Dexter Quartet and Trio.
- Additional Marten loudspeakers from the Coltrane, Mingus, Parker, and Oscar series are on demonstration in partner rooms throughout the exhibition.
