A lot of applications

The most immediate application is for high end audio rooms, both for recording/mixing/mastering and for audiophile listening rooms and high-end theaters. GIK believes choosing great bass response doesn’t have to be detrimental to the aesthetics of the room. The flexibility and modularity of the design makes it easy to line the perimeter of an entire room, use them built in behind false walls and much more. Even for large open concept rooms, these panels are a great solution to create separation for the listening area. Okay so these look nice and are adaptable to a lot of different environments but do they preform where it matters?

Peak performance?

As far as GIK are concerned their Sound Blocks don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk too. They’re lab tested for effective absorption down to 50Hz, GIK even go as for as to claim these are the most effective panel bass traps available on the market. With the diffusion plates that are available for these panels you can further tune diffusion to tweak the balance of your room even further. These seem to be the real deal!
