SNOWSKY Nature: A New Driver Built Around Feel, Not Just Numbers
At the centre of the SNOWSKY Nature is a newly engineered 50mm dynamic driver, designed to move more air with lower distortion than a smaller unit while keeping tight control across the frequency range. FiiO’s real focus, though, is the driver’s diaphragm: a newly developed Japanese carbon black composite built from a 19-micron PET structural layer bonded to a 30-micron TPU damping layer. It follows FiiO’s own FG3 gaming headset onto the market, extending the brand’s driver-technology work from gaming into everyday listening.
Echo Nano: A Modern Take on the Pocket MP3 Player
The Echo Nano leans hard into nostalgia while updating the internals for 2026. Machined from 6-series aluminium-magnesium alloy, it uses a signature metal scroll wheel for one-handed navigation alongside a small 0.91-inch OLED display for track information. Inside sits a dedicated Cirrus Logic CS43131 DAC, giving the Echo Nano native DSD decoding plus support for WAV, FLAC, APE, MP3, M4A and OGG files from a microSD card of up to 256GB, enough for roughly 500 albums at a time. It also works as a USB DAC, letting a phone or laptop borrow its dedicated audio circuitry for cleaner sound through wired headphones, and its in-line remote controls remain compatible in that mode too. At just 33.5 grams, FiiO quotes up to seven hours of battery life from the Echo Nano’s 360mAh cell.

FiiO is giving the Echo Nano considerably more personality than a typical DAP, offering it in seven finishes: Black, White, Pink, Sky Blue, Green, Purple and Titanium. The SNOWSKY Nature, by contrast, keeps things simpler with two colourways built around its wood-effect earcup styling, both using the same driver and diaphragm construction underneath.
