FiiO has announced the EH13, a new pair of wireless over-ear headphones that pack an impressive feature set into a price point that will raise a few eyebrows: £49 / $49 / €49. With LDAC support, hybrid active noise cancellation, and a claimed battery life of up to 75 hours, the EH13 is positioning itself as a serious contender in the budget wireless headphone segment.

LDAC and High-Resolution Audio at a Budget Price

The headline technical achievement here is LDAC support — Sony’s high-resolution Bluetooth codec capable of transmission rates up to 990 kbps. At this price, that’s genuinely unusual.
