British audio brand Majority has officially launched the Move range, a new lineup of portable Bluetooth speakers designed to deliver modern technology, rugged durability, and impressive sound quality at accessible price points. The collection, which includes four models—Move M1, M2, M3, and M4—caters to a wide variety of listening needs, from compact on-the-go use to powerful outdoor or party setups.

Founded in 2012 by friends Eddie Latham and PJ Scott in Cambridge, UK, Majority has built a reputation for bringing high-quality, innovative consumer electronics to market at affordable prices. The brand’s products, including radios, speakers, and soundbars, are designed in its Cambridge studio and have found their way into over three million homes worldwide. The Move range continues this tradition, incorporating next-generation features like Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity and True Wireless Stereo (TWS) pairing for immersive stereo sound when using two compatible units.

The Lineup

  • The Move M1 serves as the ultra-portable entry point—a palm-sized speaker ideal for travel, bedrooms, kitchens, desks, or even shower use. It offers 12W output, an exceptional 70 hours of playtime, IPX5 water resistance, and USB-C fast charging. Its compact dimensions (101mm x 100mm x 44mm) make it discreet yet capable of clear, balanced audio, with support for stereo pairing.
  • Stepping up, the Move M2 provides fuller sound in a compact form factor, suited for shared spaces and social listening. It delivers 30W power, 30 hours of battery life, IPX7 waterproofing (fully submersible), dynamic LED lights, and versatile playback options including AUX input and Micro SD card support for music without needing a phone. Dimensions: 186mm x 85mm x 85mm.

  • The Move M3 targets users wanting bigger, bass-enhanced sound for rooms or outdoor gatherings, with 40W output, 30 hours playtime, IPX7 rating, LED lights, TWS pairing, and the same multi-source connectivity. It measures 220mm x 99mm x 99mm for easy portability.
  • Topping the range, the Move M4 brings the most power at 70W, deeper bass, and higher volume for larger spaces or events. It shares the 30-hour battery, IPX7 protection, LED effects, TWS capability, and additional inputs, in a larger chassis of 310mm x 125mm x 120mm.

Intuitive controls

All models emphasize intuitive controls, rechargeable USB-C convenience, and modern, clean styling built to withstand everyday life—whether at home, on adventures, or poolside. Hands-free calling is supported via Bluetooth, with the M1 highlighted for its travel-friendly versatility.

We wanted to make a range of fun audio products that meet the needs of how people listen to music every day, said Majority founder Eddie Latham. We wanted to make sure that they looked modern, had practical features and offered the latest tech—TWS stereo pairing and Bluetooth 6.0 are a breakthrough at the price.

Pricing and availability

The Majority Move range launched on January 19, 2026, and is now available at major retailers including Amazon, Currys, and Argos. Pricing positions the series as a strong value proposition:

  • Move M1: £29.95
  • Move M2: £49.95
  • Move M3: £79.95
  • Move M4: £119.95

With its blend of cutting-edge connectivity, long battery performance, rugged builds, and budget-friendly pricing, the Move range strengthens Majority’s position in the competitive portable audio market, offering something for casual listeners and more demanding users alike.

Marco Lisi is the publisher of Best of High End, part of AV Concepts BV. His path into audio started early: as a teenager he was drawn into the world of free radio, presenting shows and living immersed in music every day. In his early twenties he ran his own production studio for five years, creating jingles and commercials — hands-on training in sound design, pro-audio workflows, and critical listening through studio monitors that still shapes how he evaluates gear today. He also spent years DJing in clubs before moving into publishing, first at two earlier online magazines before founding Best of High End. His hi-fi and home cinema passion was inherited from his father, an inveterate system-swapper. Marco's first setup — a confirmation gift — paired AKAI separates with entry-level Bowers & Wilkins speakers, a brand he stayed loyal to for years as his system grew from stereo into full surround and home cinema. Like many enthusiasts, he went through an extended "audiophile" phase chasing the next upgrade, before settling into a more grounded view: gear as a means to enjoy music and film, not an end in itself. Years of critical listening have given him a well-trained ear — the ability to characterize a system or pinpoint a change in the chain quickly and accurately. Just as important, his teaching background (a Belgian "regent" degree in Dutch language) gives him the tools to translate those listening impressions into clear, readable writing.
