Inside the Secret Spin Listening Bar
The Secret Spin is a Japanese-inspired listening bar run by the Aqipa group, staged in collaboration with Viennese record store Schalter and Shhh, Vienna’s first listening bar. Aqipa also presented consumer research based on 2,200 respondents in the UK and Germany about listening habits.
A Projector Line-up: Dangbei, Ablevision and Valerian
Brand manager Rudi presented Aqipa’s projector portfolio, spanning entry-level models from around €200 up to laser TVs at roughly €5,000. Ablevision recently launched two new products, with the range covering entry-level to premium laser, LED and hybrid projectors.
A Teac and Esoteric Listening Corner
Brand manager Jesper Boll built a dedicated listening corner for Teac, Esoteric and We Are Rewind, paired with Massey headphones and Solidsteel racks holding a complete 500-series system. Three new Teac products were launched at the show: the PD507T CD transport, the NT507T network transport and the HA507 headphone amplifier, aimed at high-end headphone enthusiasts.
We Are Rewind’s Cassette Culture
We Are Rewind’s premium cassette players — including an Elvis edition and various artist collaborations — round out the corner. Two new models launched this year: the Ghetto Blaster and the Curtis.
