Introducing the SM-025 Mono Amplifiers
Vitus Audio unveiled the SM-025, a smaller and more affordable pair of mono amplifiers in its Signature lineup. First shown as a prototype the year before, the design took roughly a year to finalize. It sits below the well-known SM103 in output power, but the brand says it will comfortably suit a wide range of setups.
The Vitus Audio Sound Philosophy
Vitus Audio doesn’t release new products every year — only when something is ready to show. Across the range, the brand aims for a warm, engulfing sound that draws listeners into the music rather than calling attention to the equipment itself.
A Slightly Taller Successor
The SM-025 replaces the SM011 and stands roughly 3 cm taller to accommodate a larger transformer and beefier heatsinks. Side by side the difference is noticeable, but on its own the amplifier doesn’t look dramatically different in size.
