Dolby Atmos demo setup
The D-500 Center speaker is a cornerstone of our Dolby Atmos setup, delivering precise dialogue and dynamic sound. Designed for seamless integration, its compact yet powerful build uses a custom 6.5-inch Purifi mid-woofer and an AMT tweeter, ensuring crystal-clear vocals and immersive soundscapes. Paired with the BW-20 woofers, which feature dual 10-inch drivers and RoomPerfect™ technology, this system delivers deep, controlled bass that enhances the cinematic experience without overwhelming the room.
The MH-2 speakers, utilized as side and ceiling channels, are compact powerhouses. Their 5.25-inch woofer and soft-dome tweeter provide wide dispersion and articulate sound, making them ideal for immersive audio. These speakers leverage Lyngdorf’s digital amplification to maintain clarity and impact, even in complex Atmos mixes.
Powering this setup is the MXA-8400 amplifier, Lyngdorf’s most powerful to date, delivering 8 x 400 watts (4 ohms) or up to 4 x 800 watts in bridge mode. Featuring Purifi Eigentakt technology and a custom PowerPerfect power supply, it ensures ultra-low distortion and stable performance, perfectly complementing the MP-40 2.1 processor. The MP-40 decodes up to 16 channels for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, integrating RoomPerfect™ to optimize sound for any room, delivering a tailored, high-fidelity experience.

In our stereo demo, the FR-2 speakers showcase Lyngdorf’s signature sound.
