At the heart of the Icon Series is Onkyo’s proprietary Dirac Live Room Correction, which optimizes audio signals for the listening environment, providing a customized sound experience. The series also features a Premium Stereo DAC (AK4452, 32bit / 768kHz), designed for low distortion and superior resolution, ensuring every note and detail is reproduced with remarkable clarity.

It features HDMI ARC, Dirac Live Room Correction (Limited Version), Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Bluetooth, and Roon Ready compatibility. The inclusion of a separate Phono Stage (MM/MC support), premium stereo DAC, and a 5mm aluminum front panel further elevate its performance. The P-80 also features a high-quality phono terminal and extrusion aluminum heat sinks for superior vibration suppression, all housed in a fan-less design for pure, distortion-free sound.

Onkyo Icon M-80 Power Amplifier
The Icon M-80 Power Amplifier ($1,999 U.S. – available Q4 2025) delivers features Symmetrical Class AB amplification and 3-stage Inverted Darlington output stage. Capable of 200W at 4 ohms and 150W at 8 ohms, this amplifier drives high-current signals with minimal distortion, providing clear, dynamic playback. The DIDRC circuitry and fan-less design ensure noise-free operation, while the high-current power supply delivers dynamic, full-range sound.
