After much development work and testing, Gato Audio is proud to announce production start of the Gato Audio NPM – Network Player Module. This module is very versatile and it can be operated in several ways; one is as an endpoint to your Roon server, controlling the module through Roon software enabling local music, access to internet radio, Tidal etc. Another way of using the module is through an APP that will access to local media files by UPnP⁄DLNA plus various streaming services such as Tidal, Deezer and Qobuz. No matter how you chose to use the NPM it operates very easily and comfortable, offering you high definition sound wirelessly or wired.
Network Player Module ready
First of all, it will be implemented in our DIA-250S, DIA-400S integrated amplifiers and PRD-3S preamplifier from late August. A little bit later the module will be available as an upgrade for the S model amplifiers already out with our valued customers.
