Unitra, the revitalized Polish hi-fi brand, is making waves at High End Munich 2025, May 15–18, with an expanded showcase at Halle 2, J06/K05. Following a triumphant debut in 2024, Unitra returns to Europe’s premier audio event with the WSH-805 Classic Edition amplifier, new product premieres, custom components, and exclusive listening sessions. Bolstered by 2025 iF Design and Red Dot Awards, Unitra is intensifying its distribution efforts in Scandinavia, Western Europe, North America, and the UK, cementing its place in the global audiophile market.
WSH-805 Classic Edition: Timeless Elegance Meets Modern Precision
The centerpiece of Unitra’s exhibit is the WSH-805 Classic Edition, a refined version of its flagship integrated stereo amplifier. Inspired by the 1970s WSH-205, the Classic Edition blends natural wood and brass accents with a dual-mono architecture, delivering pristine sound through a fully analog audio path. “This special edition celebrates craftsmanship and the enduring charm of classic hi-fi,” says Wiktor Szulfer, Lead Industrial Designer, highlighting its timeless aesthetic and engineering precision.
Weighing 22 kg and comprising 1586 components, the WSH-805 supports Class A or Class AB operation, balanced XLR and RCA inputs, a phono preamp, and a headphone amplifier. Its current feedback topology ensures exceptional channel separation and clarity, earning praise for capturing “every nuance of the original recording.”
New Products and Custom Components
Unitra’s stand will unveil exciting product premieres, though specifics remain under wraps. Visitors can expect additions to their acclaimed lineup, which includes the CSH-801 CD player with E-Ink display (€2,500), GSH-630 Fryderyk turntable (€2,805), GSH-801 Edmund turntable (€4,675), ZGZ-801 3-way floorstanding speakers (€6,000/pair), and ZGB-401 bookshelf speakers (€2,000/pair).
Showcasing their OEM capabilities, Unitra will present in-house components like a custom tonearm and drive motor, available to third-party manufacturers. A restored 1970s Fonica jukebox, once exported across Western Europe, will nod to Unitra’s heritage, blending nostalgia with their forward-looking vision.
