TCL’s NXTFRAME TV is a 4K UHD QLED TV, that also does double duty as a work of art, debuted this week at CEDIA Expo 2024. The so-called “lifestyle TV” competes with Samsung’s Frame TV, and comes with an off-white bezel and a light wood color magnetic frame that can be easily swapped out for other frames available from TCL.
A real work of art
With an ultra matte anti-glare screen, the TV really does look like a real work of art (minus the hooks). But unlike traditional art, you are not limited to one image, as TCL loads each TV with an Art Library comprising a variety of paintings, photographs, drawings, and street art that can be put in rotation with or without background music playing. TCL’s AiPQ processor works to intelligently optimize colors, contrast, clarity, and motion to make each work of art look its best.
“These amazing lifestyle TVs are a seamless blend of high performance technology and elegant design that will turn any home space into a masterpiece,” said Scott Ramirez, VP, Product Marketing and Development, TCL.
Flush wall mount, soundbar and wireless subwoofer
The NXTFRAME features an ultra-slim design that is just 1.1” deep (1.2” on the 85” version) and a built-in chassis that allows for simple installation without requiring an external box. The included flush wall mount allows NXTFRAME to “blend seamlessly into any home décor for a sleek, elegant look” says TCL.
The Pro version of the set features a matching wireless 3.1.2 soundbar and wireless subwoofer co-engineered by TCL and Bang & Olufsen’s acoustic teams to create an immersive audio-visual experience.
